Tania Cavaiuolo

From her early years in professional services marketing, to leading the marketing of a national charity, to running her business today, Tania has built her career on insight-led strategy and human connection.
Tania began her career in business-to-business services marketing at BDO SA, where she established the marketing function and co-created Fast Movers SA, now in its second decade.
As Head of Marketing at the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia, she led national teams, digital transformation, and multi-million-dollar campaigns including the most successful World’s Greatest Shave ever ($22M raised). She also drew on her Quality Assurance Internal Audit background to successfully position the Foundation in Australia’s Top 10 charities in three consecutive PwC Transparency Awards.
Since founding See Marketing & Communications in 2016, she has advanced the interests of Carbon Neutral Adelaide, Biological Services, Care 24-7’s private emergency departments, Royal Rehab, DV Connect, Great Wine Capitals Global Network, COTA Insurance, YourSAy, The Department of The Premier and Cabinet, Healthy Environs, Animal Welfare League, Cancer Council SA, the Career Development Association of Australia and many others.
Tania is an experienced facilitator who regularly uncovers insights through focus groups and one to one interviews, to inform marketing and communications direction.
Tania also gravitates to work that advances the greater good.

Tania’s commitment to her profession includes nurturing the next generation of marketers as a volunteer Mentor for the UniSA Business School and Australian Marketing Institute. She has also served as a voluntary Director of the Women’s Legal Service (SA), as a member of the Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group Marketing Committee, and as a judge for both the National Luminous Awards for Excellence in Oncology Journalism and the Australian Marketing Institute Awards.
One day in July 2023, a 3am idea become The Accidental Marketer Australia. It emerged in days as a way to give ‘somebody-had-to-do-it’ non-marketers in micro and small businesses the strategic grounding to do their own marketing better.
Approachable and insightful, Tania connects threads quickly and uses a practical approach to influence others and help them stride confidently towards their goals.
At home, you’ll find Tania in the garden, out walking in nature, singing songs she’s written on her 1906 grand piano or cooking up a storm for ravenous guests.
